This guide provides detailed instructions to acquire all fifteen outfits in the Lies of P: Overture DLC. While many ensembles can be collected simply by progressing through the story and opening readily visible containers, others require specific keys or completing certain challenges. Follow this walkthrough to ensure no costume piece is overlooked.

Outfit 1: Winter’s Hunting Set

A pair of items, Winter’s Hunting Apparel and Winter’s Hunting Hat, awaits exploration in a cave near the DLC’s starting point. Inside this cavern, a distinctive chest contains both pieces—impossible to miss during your initial progression.

Outfit 2: Reddened Tailcoat

At the Greenhouse Outdoor Garden, use Markiona’s Key to unlock the gate. Proceed along the revealed path until a cutscene triggers. Upon its conclusion, the Reddened Tailcoat and Bloodstained Locket will be granted.

Outfit 3: Piercing Death’s Hunting Set

Within the Carnival area, gain entry to a locked door using a Black Rabbit Hole Key. Beyond lies a safe housing the Piercing Death’s Hunting Apparel.

Outfit 4: The Eccentric’s Mask

Sharing the same safe as the Piercing Death’s set in the Carnival, the Eccentric’s Mask can be claimed alongside its corresponding apparel.

Outfit 5: Permeating Death’s Hunting Set

In the Hotel region, another Black Rabbit Hole Key unlocks a hideout containing the Permeating Death’s Hunting Apparel. Nearby in the same container rests The Youngest’s Mask.

Outfit 6: Black Death’s Protective Gear

Outfit 7: Blue Sheep’s Battle Set

After defeating the boss Veronique, Leader of the Sweepers, the Blue Sheep’s Battle Apparel and Blue Sheep’s Mask are automatically awarded as part of the victory rewards.

Outfit 8: Famed Detective’s Attire

Complete all three cipher machine puzzles to earn the Famed Detective’s Coat and Famed Detective’s Hat. These optional enigmas offer a satisfying challenge for collectors.

Outfit 9: Puppet Prince’s Imperial Crown

Within the Archon Fleet Shipwrecks, venture into the ship’s cave and encounter a distressed NPC in the corner. Eliminating this character immediately grants the Puppet Prince’s Imperial Crown.

Outfit 10: Golden Snail’s Tailcoat

Upon vanquishing Lumacchio, Leader of the Basterds, the Golden Snail’s Tailcoat and Golden Snail’s Mask are bestowed as part of the boss drop. This sequence is encountered during normal story progression.

Outfit 11: Second Black Death’s Set

A final Black Rabbit Hole Key reveals one more hidden cache containing another Black Death’s Protective Apparel and its companion The Eldest’s Gas Mask.

Outfit 12: Blazing Death’s Hunting Gear

Use the last of the Black Rabbit Hole Keys to unlock the final secret hideout. Inside, find Blazing Death’s Hunting Apparel paired with The Battle Maniac’s Mask.

Outfit 13: Leader’s Battle Apparel

After defeating the final boss encounter, return to the battlefield location. There, the Genius Meister’s Monocle can be retrieved from the post-battle environment.
