This guide will show you how to unlock all Theurgy for all the main characters in Persona 3 Reload.

Game Guide by Sabi on  Jan 27, 2025

In Persona 3 Reload, you have access to a variety of Theurgy abilities. While the protagonist has access to seven unique Theurgy Attacks, each member of the group will eventually unlock their own unique set of Theurgy Attacks. You should think about which ones to utilize in battle according to the team you make.

Essentially, you can unlock all seven Theurgies in this game, and this guide will show you how to do it.

Theurgy 1 - Cadenza

Cadenza heals 50% HP and enhances accuracy and evasion for all allies. To unlock this, you need to have Orpheus and Apsaras in your Persona stock. Orpheus is naturally gained as the main character's beginning Persona. Apsaras can be obtained through Shuffle Time or fused.

Theurgy 2 - Jack Brothers

Jack Brothers does enormous damage to all adversaries with a high chance of inflicting Down. You need Jack Frost and Jack-o'-Lantern in your Persona stock. These Personas are relatively easy to get by—most players will likely have them naturally. Once both are in your compendium, you will unlock Jack Brothers.

Theurgy 3 - King and I

King and I does significant Ice damage to all opponents, ignoring resistances, with a medium chance of Freeze. To get this, combine Black Frost and King Frost. Both are mid-game Personas. Black Frost is level 34, and King Frost is roughly the same level.

King Frost (or Black Frost, or both) requires you to complete some of Elizabeth's Fusion Requests in order to obtain a special item. Once you have obtained that item, you can combine Black Frost and King Frost to activate this Theurgy.

Theurgy 4: Best Friends

Best Friends causes the next physical or magic attack to do more than double the damage to one ally. This can only be unlocked with Forneus and Decarabia.

Forneus is an early-game Persona that can be obtained through Shuffle Time. However, Decarabia is a late-game Persona that must be fused by the protagonist at level 54 or higher. This Theurgy will be unlocked once you have fused Decarabia and Forneus in your compendium.

Theurgy 5: Scarlet Havoc

Scarlet Havoc inflicts severe Slash damage on all foes, ignoring resistance. This is one of the best Theurgies in the game, and it got me through the mid to late game.

This requires Mithras and Siegfried. Both can be fused normally without special unlock requirements. Mithras is around level 26, and Siegfried is around level 54. Just make sure your protagonist is at the appropriate level to fuse them.

Theurgy 6 – Trickster

Persona 3 Reload Guide, Theurgy 6 – Trickster

Trickster deals massive Almighty damage to all foes with a high chance of inflicting an ailment. You'll need Susano-o and Loki to unlock this.

Susano-o is unlocked whenever you attain complete Rank 10 in a certain Social Link; hence, it is usually gained late in the game. Loki can be fused at any stage or obtained from the Reaper using Shuffle Time. Loki is level 69. Once you have both Personas in your compendium, you will unlock Trickster.

Theurgy 7 - Armageddon

Persona 3 Reload Guide, Theurgy 7 - Armageddon

Armageddon deals ultimate Almighty damage to all foes but reduces the user's HP and SP to 1. This is the most powerful Almighty attack and the ultimate Theurgy.

To unlock Armageddon, you need to have both Helel and Satan in your compendium. Hel (Star Arcana) is level 88, and Satan (Judgment Arcana) is level 82. Once you've fused both, Armageddon will be available to use.
