Many players in SAND: Raiders of Sophie will load their cannons by removing the ammunition from the box, adding it to their inventory, and then placing it back in the cannon. That additional step takes time that you don't have in battle, and there's a quicker way to do it.

The Faster Method

Don't drag ammo around in your inventory, just drag the entire ammo box directly to the cannon you wish to load. Face the cannon, press the tab key to open the radial inventory menu, and pick the ammunition from the box and add it to the cannon's inventory. This bypasses the process of having to go through your own inventory to load your cannon, and makes it load much faster.

Why It Matters

It may seem like a small trick, but in a firefight or a close encounter with another Trampler, those saved seconds can make all the difference. If you are new to the game, make it a habit to use this method each time you load your cannons.
