The Sci-Fi Ending is a secret ending in Silent Hill: Townfall, available only in New Game+. Find three Strange Books and obtain the Strange Access Card before using it near the end of Part 6.

Find all three Strange Books, obtain the Strange Access Card from the Shorefront Hotel, then use the card at the end of Part 6 to trigger the Sci-Fi Ending.

Find Strange Book #1

During Part 1: Arrival, return to Zoe's House in the Shorefront District.

Go upstairs and enter the bedroom. Look beside the bed for a book titled History of Space Flight, 1952–1992.

Interact with it to collect Strange Book #1.

Get the Strange Access Card

During Part 2: Zoe, reach the Shorefront Hotel – Different area.

Inside the hotel, solve the unusual symbol door puzzle. Completing the puzzle gives you access to a room containing the Strange Access Card.

Make sure you collect the card before progressing too far into the area.

Find Strange Book #2

During Part 4: Clara Woods, head to the Hospice Store.

Enter the store and search the bookshelves. You will find Strange Book #2 among the books.

Pick it up before leaving the area.

Find Strange Book #3

During Part 6: Simon, reach SWDP – Different.

After completing the Remote Systems Control puzzle, you can access Room 621. Enter the room and search the shelf to find Strange Book #3.

You must have all three Strange Books and the Strange Access Card before the final step.

Trigger the Sci-Fi Ending

Continue through SWDP – Different until you complete the Clamps puzzle.

After solving it, interact with the red valve to free the container and open the shutter.

Before entering the next closed door, look for a card reader on the left wall.

Use the Strange Access Card on the reader. It will turn green and display the message:

"I feel sluggish. Like I need to wake up."

Continue through the door. A cutscene will begin and transition directly into the Sci-Fi Ending, bypassing the normal final boss and ending sequence.

Final Thoughts

The Sci-Fi Ending requires a little preparation because its items are spread across several parts of the game. In New Game+, collect Strange Book #1 at Zoe's House, the Strange Access Card at the Shorefront Hotel, Strange Book #2 at the Hospice Store, and Strange Book #3 in Room 621. Then use the card at the end of Part 6 to trigger the secret ending.
