Cyberpunk 2077's latest episode of Night City Wire dropped today and revealed a ton of new information. This time focusing on transports and the various vehicles available to the player.
Cyberpunk 2077 will feature 5 variants of cars and custom motorcycles as well. Each variant will have a subcategory, with some variants combining each of these variants. Players can steal them if they wish and look inside. Depending on the class the interior will change such as low-end cars missing parts and high-end cars featuring exotic materials.
Economy:
These are junkers with barely any redeeming quality. They're plentiful, slow, and weak.
Executive:
Incredible style and screams you're important.
Heavy Duty:
Built like tanks. Huge and destructive, great for plowing through anything.
Sport:
Fast and nimble. What it lacks in durability it makes up in speed.
Hypercars:
The most exotic and expensive cars in Cyberpunk 2077. These combine style, strength, and speed but getting one will be a challenge.
Exclusive Brands:
Cyberpunk 2077 will feature notorious classic cars as well.
Motorcycles:
Players can ride and customize their own motorcycles.
Racing will be part of the game but be ready for combat. CD Projekt RED did not elaborate but expect some hostility during these races. To showcase how they created these cars, including the sounds, CD Projekt RED collected various sounds using elaborate microphones. Showing how hard to make the most realistic sounding vehicle possible.
CD Projekt RED did confirm that the Stadia version will launch alongside the other versions of the game.
Styles
Styles where highlighted that link the player and the characters in this world to specific personas. There are 4 styles Kitsch, Entropism, Neomilitarism, and Neokitsch with its own history, status, and features.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Stadia on November 19th. Free next-generation upgrades will be available.
