Final Fantasy 15 Director Opens New Square Enix Studio

Square Enix is opening a new studio called Luminous Productions, and those taking the lead role is Hajime Tabata, who served as the director on the fantastic Final Fantasy XV

Reported by Polygon, the studio is working on "developing new AAA titles and bringing innovative games and other entertainment content to a global audience". The new project hasn't been revealed but back in January it was announced that Tabata was working on a new game, the studio's first project. During Gamescom Tabata reinforced this statement confirming it was a large scale project, a new IP, and based what they learned from making FFXV.

Speaking of FFXV the Royal Edition is now available on PS4, PC, and Xbox One that bundles all the previously released content and new updates. In addition, new episodes are slated for 2018 release.
