DayZ is Officially Leaving Early Access on December 13

It seems long ago that DayZ was released in early access, but now the development is coming to a close with the title coming to PC officially next week.

Bohemia Interactive announced today that DayZ will be entering its 1.0 phase starting on December 13. To put this into perspective DayZ launched on early access for Steam on December 13th, 2013 and has had about 4 million players according to the developer.

DayZ will still be available for its Early Access price of $34.99. After it formally releases, the price will jump up to $44.99.
