Bandai Namco Teasing Ranger Android 17 DLC for Dragon Ball FighterZ

Bandai Namco is teasing the new addition to Dragon Ball FighterZ by using a quote made by Android 17 during Dragon Ball Super.

The quote reads:

"Goten & Trucks Please take care of the animals when I'm away - 17".

A reference to Android 17 before he left to fight in the Tournament of Power.

Android 17 is not playable in Dragon Ball FighterZ, despite playing a massive role in the core campaign, but serves as a support for Android 18. It's likely he'll arrive as a bundle with Cooler on September 27th, similar to Broly and Bardock and Base Goku and Base Vegeta, and sold separately for $4.99 or as part of the season pass for $34.99.

Dragon Ball FighterZ is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. It'll release on Nintendo Switch on September 28th.
