GreedFall's E3 2018 Sets The Tone For Its Story

After its announcement last year, GreedFall has fallen back into silence. That has now changed, as an E3 trailer has surfaced, setting the tone for the title's story. Taking place in a 17th century-inspired setting where magic is as present as muskets, the title will follow a colonial expedition to the remote island of Teer Fradee. Expansion, however, is not the sole reason for this expedition as the continent is not only polluted and suffering from overpopulation but also ravaged by an incurable disease.This island represents the best hope for finding a cure.

Combat will be joined by stealth, diplomacy and deception as you make your way around the island. Choices made will affect the present factions, as the island has its inhabitants who are, nonetheless, protected by supernatural being. Teer Fradee is said to be "a living, ever-evolving world." GreedFall is currently in development and will be out next year on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Check out the trailer.
