Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Guide | All Restricted Data Terminals Locations

Find all 9 Militech Data Terminals in Dogtown to maximize your Relic upgrades.

In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, you can obtain 15 Relic points. Six of these come from the main story, including the first three, which you receive from Songbird in the very first mission. However, nine additional Relic points are hidden in Dogtown, and you will need to find and access them via Militech Data Terminals.

These are absolutely worth collecting, as most provide cyberware upgrades for your arms, while the remaining ones grant general buffs that enhance any build—especially the Vulnerability buff, which boosts your DPS significantly.

Restricted Terminal 1

Your first Relic point is available as soon as you reach the Stadium area. From the Illegal Goods Vendor, head left and take the stairs down. You may come across auto-fixers and some parked cars, but keep moving past them and take a second set of stairs past the Barghest guards.

Soon, you’ll find an area with statues on the side. Behind them, near the scaffolding, you’ll hear and see the first Militech Data Terminal. Interact with it to obtain an additional Relic point.

The next terminal is nearby, just across the street from the Pyramid Club. Look for a green building and head up the stairs to reach the upper section. From there, go to the open terrace at the back until you spot a collapsed bridge—this is your access point to the upper platform.

You’ll recognize the Pyramid Club in the background, confirming you’re in the right spot. Now, move toward the tower section of the same building. Past the rail, you’ll see platforms leading to the rooftop. Climb up, and at the top of the stairs, you’ll find the Militech Data Terminal. Watch out for explosive mines nearby.

For the third terminal, head to the opposite side of the Pyramid Club and locate a tall green building. You don’t need to reach the top, just the upper platform. Walk past an NPC, take the stairs up, and once at the top, move toward the back.

You’ll see a skull marking the area. The terminal is placed against a wall—an easy find, and it grants another Relic point.

The fourth terminal is further away but still easy to reach. It’s located in a building with a yellow-colored first floor. Head toward the back, where you’ll find NPCs spray-painting graffiti. The terminal is against a nearby wall, ready for you to access and gain another Relic point.

For the fifth terminal, move toward the east-central section of the map. You’ll see lush green gardens surrounding a structure that appears to be an old hotel. Climb the stairs almost to the top—this is the same place where you first met Solomon Reed.

Once there, locate a blue underpass beneath the stairs. The terminal is behind a blockade on the ground. Pay attention to the sound cues to locate it easily.

From the previous location, continue down the same street until you find a building overgrown with plants. A high-crime activity area is nearby, so be prepared for combat.

Enter the building and head toward the far end. On the second section of the building, you’ll find the terminal against a wall. Interact with it to obtain another Relic point.

The seventh terminal is close to the Crashed Street fast travel point. The main story might lead you here at some point, but you can also reach it manually.

From the fast travel point, head to the right and look at the wall. You’ll find the terminal—this one is arguably the easiest to collect.

For the eighth terminal, go deeper into Dogtown, inside an old mall that is now a high-crime activity area. You may need to clear out enemies before proceeding. Once inside, stick to the left, take the stairs up, and then another set of stairs.

Eventually, you’ll reach a room containing the terminal. By the time you get close, you should be able to hear its pinging sound.

The final terminal is not at street level but underneath in another high-crime activity area. From the nearby SL Colony, move toward a building and go below the passage. You’ll notice a hostile zone, and enemies may have respawned, so either eliminate them or sneak past.

Inside, locate a door on your left—it requires 15 Technical Ability points to unlock. If you meet the requirement, enter and access the last Militech Data Terminal to claim your final Relic point.

Final Relic Point Count

By now, you should have 12 Relic points from the Phantom Liberty open-world terminals. The remaining three are granted later in the main story, bringing your total to 15. These points allow you to unlock powerful skills.

One of the best upgrades is Vulnerability and its enhancements, which boost your DPS significantly by letting you target weak points and enemy limbs. This also works well with smart weapons, as they automatically track weak points.
