Milkweed Tufts and Milkweed Chunks are essential crafting materials in Grounded that you can harvest from Milkweed Pods scattered throughout the backyard in Grounded 2.

To effectively gather these resources, this guide will take you through the location, prerequisites, and harvesting procedure.

Essential Equipment

You have to level up your Omni Tool to level two before you can start harvesting Milkweed Pods. For this task, the standard Omni Tool Axe won't be adequate in Grounded 2.

Before trying to harvest these pods, make sure you have finished the required upgrades.

Main Site

Navigate to the map's Snack Bar Front section. The picnic table at the northern end of this zone is your target location.

Position yourself at the corner of the Picnic Table and travel directly south from that point. You will discover a Milkweed Pod in this area.

Harvesting Process

When you locate a Milkweed Pod, you cannot immediately begin chopping it down. First, you must attack the pod once with your level two Omni Tool Axe in Grounded 2.

After this initial strike, the pod becomes harvestable. Hold the E key to begin the chopping process.

Once you have chopped through the pod completely, it will explode and drop multiple Milkweed Tufts along with Milkweed Chunks.

Additional Locations

While the Snack Bar Front location provides a reliable source of Milkweed Pods, additional pods exist elsewhere on the map.

The described location serves as your starting point for Milkweed resource collection, but you can explore other areas to find more pods as needed in Grounded 2.
