Here’s a guide on all the Safe Code Solutions in Resident Evil Requiem.

You will find several locked Safes while you explore the different areas of the building. Each one requires a specific combination of turns to open.

The codes change depending on the difficulty you choose. If you play on Insanity, make sure to use the second set of numbers provided.

Opening the First Floor Safes

Go to the Bar & Lounge to find the first Safe. For the standard code, turn the dial Left 10, Right 80, then Left 30. If you are on Insanity, turn it Right 20, Left 50, then Right 30.

Next, head to the Examination Room. Use the combination Right 30, Left 10, and Right 50. On the harder difficulty, use Left 50, Right 30, and Left 90.

Accessing the Lower Levels

Find the Safe located in the Basement in Resident Evil Requiem. To open it normally, turn the dial Right 60, Left 40, and Right 80. For those on Insanity, the code is Left 70, Right 50, and Left 20.

You can also find a Safe in the Sterilization Chamber. The standard way to open it is Right 10, Left 90, and Right 20. On Insanity, you must turn it Left 80, Right 50, and then Left 0.

Checking the Security Hub

The final Safe is in the Monitor Control Room in Resident Evil Requiem. Enter the code Left 50, Right 60, and Left 80 to unlock it. If you are playing the Insanity version of the game, use the numbers Right 20, Left 0, and Right 70 instead. This will give you access to the items stored inside.
