You need the Level 1 ID Wristband to pass security points in the Care Center. Getting it requires a trip through both the west and east sections of the estate. Follow these steps to find the band and handle the threats along the way.

Getting the Red Jewel

You have to start from the Central Hall. In order to get to the Chairman's Office, you have to first clear the West Hall. To find the Red Jewel hidden inside, pick up the object in this room and look at the back of it.

With the jewel in hand, make your way back to the Central Hall. Keep an eye out; a wandering monster from the kitchen could be lurking in the corridors. Don't roam for too long.

Sprint to the ornate piece in the hall and insert the Red Jewel. This will open the door to the Parlor.

Retrieving the East Wing Key Card

Go to the back of the Parlor and locate the Statue Arm. Rotate the arm to release the East Wing Key Card.

Grab the card and exit the room as fast as you can to avoid any nearby enemies. Return to the Central Hall and use your new key card to enter the East Wing. Navigating the Lab and Blood Lab

Walk north through the hallway until you reach the Lab. You can find a throw-away item on the table here to help deal with enemies, or you can use your weapons.

To save time, flip the Light Switch in this area. This draws a nearby enemy toward the switch and out of your path. Move past him into the Blood Lab.

While there are things to do in this room, they aren't required for the wristband. Continue downstairs, where a group of enemies will appear around a corner in Resident Evil Requiem. You can hide and wait for them to pass or fight them if you have enough ammo.

Getting the ID Wristband

If you wait, one will walk right past you while the others turn away. While they are distracted, duck into the Waiting Room and unlock the door. This creates a shortcut back to the Guard Office so you can save your progress. Collecting the ID Wristband

Head toward the stairs where the enemies usually gather. You will likely need to eliminate them to get through safely.

Aiming until your reticle tightens will help you do more damage and save bullets. Once the path is clear, head to the final area. Before you grab the main item, make sure you have an open slot in your inventory.

You’ll find the Level 1 ID Wristband out in the open. As soon as you get close, a large monster will show up in Resident Evil Requiem.

You can try to snatch the wristband quickly and run, or lead the monster away and come back for it later. Once you have the Level 1 ID Wristband, you can use it to open level one doors throughout the Care Center.
