In Resident Evil Requiem, there is a locked briefcase in the S.T.A.R.S. Office on the second floor of the R.P.D. The crew left behind a trail of clues that will help you open this container.

Leave the locker area and look for a nearby desk to begin. There is Barry's To-Do List. Read it to find out that the captain borrowed a book from the library.

Finding the card for the library

In Resident Evil Requiem, go to the Captain's Office and look for the main desk. Open the drawer and give it a second. It takes a few seconds for the Library Card to fall down, so you can get it. After you get the Library Card, go to the Library and leave the office.

Looking for things on the shelves

Go to the library's second floor. Find a specific book on the shelves that you can take. To see what's inside, open your inventory and turn the Book around.

There is a picture of Rebecca Chambers. To read the words on the back of the photo, turn it over. It says "Rebecca, Rising Rookie."

Opening the Briefcase

The code is on the back of the picture in three words. Go back to the Briefcase and type in the letters RRR. This will open the latch so you can get the Power Shades Charm.

This item lets you shoot through anything in Resident Evil Requiem. It also makes the last shot in your gun a lot stronger.
