Resident Evil Requiem Guide | Blood Specimens Puzzle Solution

Here’s a guide on how to solve the Blood Specimens Puzzle in Resident Evil Requiem.

While you're exploring the Care Center, you need to collect a few things called Blood Specimens. You will find three of these things on most problems. You need to find a fourth one if you play on Insanity. To find these things, you have to press squares in a certain order.

Finding the Samples

To find the Analyzer Blood Specimen (Denatured), go to the Blood Lab. There will be a grid of squares here. To get the item in Resident Evil Requiem, click on the Left Middle Square.

To get to the next one, go to the Waiting Room and use the Level 1 Door Lock to get to the Closet. The Analyzer Blood Specimen (Converged) is inside. To pick it up, you have to click on the Top Middle Square and then the Second Square from the bottom.

Getting into Restricted Areas

The Blood Lab Side Room has the Analyzer Blood Specimen (Reversible). You need the ID wristband to get in because this door is locked.

Once you're inside, follow a certain pattern on the squares. Press the square in the bottom left corner, then the square in the middle, then the square in the top right corner, and finally the square in the second from the top.

Finding the Insanity Sample

You need the Analyzer Blood Specimen (Polymerized) if you are playing Resident Evil Requiem on the hardest level.

You can find this item in the closet behind the waiting room, in the same place you found the first sample. To get this one, click on the Middle Left, then the Middle Right, and finally the Middle Bottom.
