To find all the BSAA Containers in Resident Evil Requiem, you need to explore the Raccoon City Center area. There are three containers in total. You will find a note near the start that mentions them. While some are optional, one contains items you must have to finish the game.

Container #1 The Marksman Rifle

The first container is down the street to the right from where you start. Look for a large truck or container on the map. You have to climb over some objects to get to the back of it.

When you open the doors, zombies and a Blister will be inside. It is a good idea to throw a grenade or use a weapon to clear them out before stepping in. Inside, you will find Rifle Ammo and the Marksman 1A, which is a rifle that fires fast but does less damage.

Container #2 Firepower Module

To get the second one, you must first finish the Gas Station part of the story to get the Gas Can. Use the fuel to reach a secret side area. Climb a ladder and drop down into the underground section that leads toward Cafe Oasis in Resident Evil Requiem.

This path lets you backtrack to a previous zone. Near the cafe, you will find the second BSAA Container. Inside is the BSAA Emblem, which gives you more firepower when you do not use a scope, along with a Legendary Module.

Container #3 The Repair Kit

The final container is back at the Central Camp. This is the most important one because it holds key items.

When you open it, you will find a Bike and a Repair Kit. You need these to move forward in the story. Once you open this last container, the key will be removed from your bags, showing that you have found them all.
