In order to get all the best Charms in the R.P.D., you must look in the right and concealed places. Here is a guide that will show you how to get a particular Charm that will increase the Stats of your Requiem Revolver.

Entering the West Wing

Once you get out of East Raccoon City, you will walk into the R.P.D. via the main doors. Go to the left of the entrance to the building to get to the West Wing.

Proceed through the halls all the way up to the S.T.A.R.S. Office, where you’ll find a Briefcase inside a locker.

Unlocking the Case

No Secret File in Resident Evil Requiem gives you any information on the opening of the Briefcase. You must switch the Combination to R-R-R by yourself. Once you put in the correct combination, you’ll unlock the Briefcase and get the Power Shades Charm.

It is a Charm that provides Unlimited Bullet Penetration. It also increases the Firepower of the last Bullet in the Cylinder of the Requiem Revolver.
