The Pillar of Edo becomes available after completing "A Show for the Shogun" main mission and reaching Bond level 2 with Katsu. This mission involves eliminating enemies within the city who threaten stability and civilian safety.

During this mission, you face a choice regarding the fate of your target. Second Mission Access
