Signalis Guide | How to Solve The Nurse Room Wall Safe

To solve this puzzle, you must pay close attention and consult in-game documents. Follow this procedure to unlock the SIGNALIS Nurse Station's wall safe successfully. 

Step 1: Gather Essential Documents And Frequencies. 

Document: This paper, located in the Interrogation Room on level B2, lists different symbols and their corresponding radio frequencies. It is critical to tune your radio to the correct frequency indicated by the symbol on the safe.

Sword Documents: This note, found in the Waiting Room with the 5-lock Door on level B3, contains a cipher that links letters and numbers. The numerical password must be converted into the letter-based code required by the safe.

Step 2: Identify The Safe's Symbol

Examine the wall safe in the Nurse Station to find the etched symbol. In this guide, we'll suppose that the symbol is a sword.

Step 3: Tune The Radio To The Corresponding Frequency.

Using the Frequencies Document, find the frequency associated with the sword symbol. Tune your in-game radio to this frequency to get a five-digit number code. The code that gets created is randomized for each playthrough, so you'll want to be aware of that.

Step 4: Decode the Numerical Code with the Sword Document

Refer to the Sword Document to convert each digit of the numerical code into its matching letter:

Match Numbers to Letters: The document includes a grid that connects numbers to letters. For example, if the number '1' is equivalent to 'A,' then 'A' is the first letter of your code.

Identify the Missing Letter: One of the letters in the sequence could be hidden or missing. Determine which letter is missing by comparing the safe's keypad to the document and using elimination to deduce the matching number.

Construct the code: Use the cipher to convert the complete numerical sequence into letters. For example, if your numerical code is '19280' and the cipher translates to 'ANKFE,' enter 'ANKFE.'

Return to the wall safe and enter the letter sequence you have decrypted. If you do this correctly, the safe will unlock, allowing you to access its contents.
