Final Fantasy XIV and NieR: Automata Crossover Event Happening this Month

Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers is getting its next chapter this October 29th. Adding Gold Saucer Gate, New Game Plus, and new Main Scenario Quests. But in a shocking turn, a crossover event featuring one of the best games this generation, NieR: Automata, will be featured in the MMO.

The patch called "Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty" will feature a new dungeon called "The Grand Cosmos". Here a powerful palace created by elves has been taken over by mages.

The new 24-player raid is called "YoRHA: The Dark Apocalypse" and features a bunch of machine lifeforms to fight. Players can earn NieR looking gear and mounts. A familiar character dressed in white will be there as well called "2P".

Final Fantasy XIV is now available for PS4 and PC.

NieR: Automata is now available for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. I reviewed NieR: Automata and consider it one of the best games this generation. A beautiful combination of complex character design, high-intense action, and outstanding musical scores. With the narrative tackling several real-world complicated issues including life, death, and purpose.
