If you choose the 'You can stay' option, Junjiro will be happy and stay at the hideout.

Asking Junjiro to Leave

If you choose the 'this is no place for a child' option, Naoe tells Junjiro that this place is not safe for a child and asks him to leave. However, Sorin tells Naoe that it isn't safe anywhere and lets Junjiro stay in the hideout.

Since neither of the options makes any difference in the main story, you can choose to keep Junjiro, which will make him happy.
