After you have defeated the Lieutenant of Ox and collected the Manifest in the main mission, 'Of My Enemy,' in Assassin's Creed Shadows, you'll have the choice to keep or hand over the Manifest to Hiromichi.

Give The Manifest

If you choose this option, Naoe hands over the Manifest to Hiromichi and asks him to use it for the good of the people.

Keep The Manifest

This option lets you keep the Manifest to yourself in Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Both Choices do not significantly impact the game's main story, but play different cutscenes based on your chosen option.
