‘The Wheel Unmasked’ is one of the main story missions in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, where you’ll be presented with a choice to kill the Mourner as Naoe or spare her as Yasuke once Naoe discovers that she is a Shinbakufu.
Sparing as Yasuke
If you choose to spare the Mourner in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, she’ll start a conversation with you and give you Myth Slayer, a legendary katana, after her discussion ends.
Killing as Naoe
If you decide to kill her, her bodyguard will step in and be stabbed by Naoes' blade instead of her. She will be spared, and Naoe will be let know that her bodyguard is fine. You’ll still get the Katana from the mourner if you choose this option.
Since either of the choices makes no difference, but if you want to romance the Mourner as Yasuke, you’ll need to spare her.
