Building a solid and efficient base early on in Assassin's Creed Shadows is crucial, as you wouldn't want to fall behind when it comes to progression. Here's the best order in how you should prioritize which structure and upgrade to build first.

Build The Study First

The study is going to be pretty important early on in the game because it will help you unlock additional scouts. Scouts are going to be crucial as they're really helpful when it comes to gathering resources from the world, which will come in handy when it comes to upgrading the base.

Upgrading the site to level two will add more scouts, and upgrading it again will increase the number of scouts proportionally.

Upgrade the Stable

The Stable basically allows scouts to be sent out to collect resources. By default, tagging resources costs two scouts per mission. However, when you upgrade the stable, the cost will be reduced to just one scout.

This doubles the affection sea of resource gathering. You will want it to be at least level two or higher for greater output.

Unlock the Forge

The Forge becomes available early in the main story quest; it's a pretty important structure that is necessary for upgrading weapons up to level 20, and it comes in handy when you want to dismantle unused gear for materials.

Only upgrade the forge when you need to get your hands on weapons that are higher level, as it might not be that important early on in Assassin's Creed Shadows.
