Go to the R.P.D. and turn left. Turn left and go up the stairs and enter the S.T.A.R.S. Office. When you are in there, turn right to take a Photograph. Go back to the back of the room, see the Leather Jacket, and get one more Photograph.

The East Side Search

Take the operations room on the east of the Main Hall. Look for the Hanging TV. After getting on top of the box by the wall, make sure you are facing the front of the Hanging TV to take the Locker Key in Resident Evil Requiem.

Unlocking the Charm

Head over to the West Office. Insert the Locker Key in the Locker of JoJo to get the S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm inside. The S.T.A.R.S. Emblem Charm in Resident Evil Requiem increases the firepower of your Automatic Guns, but will cause more shaking in your aim.
