Arknights: Endfield Guide | How to Get Auronyx

Here’s a guide on how to get Auronyx in Arknights: Endfield.

Once you have finished tuning your weapons for your main team, you will likely want to push them even further. To increase a weapon's level cap from 40 to 60, you need a different rare material called Orynyx.

Each weapon requires five of these ores to unlock the next level. Here is where you can find them as you move deeper into the game.

Tuning Weapons to Level 60

You can start finding Orynyx once you reach the Origin Lodespring area. You will need to play through the main missions in this region first to unlock the ability to explore freely in Arknights: Endfield.

Once the area is open, look for the Rare Ores icon on your map. These nodes look different from the ones you found earlier, but you harvest them the same way by attacking them and picking up the drops.

Finding Orynyx Nodes

There are several good spots to find these ores in the Origin Lodespring region. The first location has 10 nodes available for your first visit. After you clear it out, the nodes will slowly grow back at a rate of one per day, up to a maximum of six.

There is another spot on the left side of the map that also has 10 nodes ready for you. If you visit both, you will have enough to upgrade the weapons for four of your characters right away.

Additional Ore Locations

If you still need more materials, there is a third spot located just to the north of the previous ones. This area holds another 10 Orynyx nodes.

Between these three locations, you should have plenty of ore to get your entire main team to level 60. Remember to check back at these nodes every few days so you can stock up for any new characters you add to your team later in Arknights: Endfield.

How to Tune Your Weapon

When you have the ore, open your character screen and select your weapon. Hit the "Tune" button and use the autofill option to add the Orynyx.

Just be careful to double-check that the game isn't using any other weapons you want to keep as experience fodder. Once you hit upgrade, your level cap will jump to 60, allowing you to significantly increase your attack power.
