A quick guide to unlocking Concrete in Pokémon Pokopia and making enough for missions, building, and other crafting needs.

Concrete is an important material in Pokémon Pokopia. You need it for many production tasks, and it is also required for the fourth team mission. You cannot get it early, though. To unlock it, you need to reach the fourth island, Sparkling Skylands.

This island is part of the main quest. You need Ultra Rank first, which comes from finishing the first three islands and progressing through the game. After that, you will also get Dragonite through normal story progress. Once that happens, you can travel to the next island and continue the quest there.

How to Learn to Make Concrete

When you arrive on the island, go to the top area and speak to the character there. That character gives you the ability to make Concrete. This is the main unlock step, so you need to do this before gathering materials and crafting anything else.

The guide does not name the character directly, so the focus here is simply reaching that point in the quest and unlocking the recipe as the story progresses.

Where to Get Limestone

After unlocking the ability, you need to collect Limestone. This material is found on Sparkling Skylands. You need a lot of it because Concrete uses a large amount of Limestone.

That means it is best to gather a good stock before you start crafting. If you want Concrete for the team mission and future builds, farming extra Limestone will save time later.

How to Craft Concrete

To make Concrete, you need a Cement Mixer. This unlock is described as straightforward once you reach the correct setup. Crafting the Cement Mixer costs two Iron Ingots.

Once you place the Cement Mixer, add the material and start processing. This turns your gathered Limestone into a large amount of Concrete. In the example shown, one crafting run yielded 96 Concrete Bricks, more than enough for the mission and for extra building work.

Best Use for Concrete

Since Concrete is needed in many production-based tasks, it is worth making a large batch once you unlock the system. It helps with the fourth team mission and also provides enough material for future recipes and construction.
