Silent Hill 2 Guide | How to Find the Shotgun

The weapons in the Silent Hill 2 remake are a big part of the game. As cool as the handgun and other melee weapons are, nothing gets more ‘kickass’ than a shotgun. Although this gun is an optional weapon, it is worth finding due to its one-shot capability. This guide will help you locate it.

The shotgun can be found a few hours into the game in the Brookhaven Hospital. Once you are in the hospital, you’ll come across a poster letting you know of the gun and an empty gun locker.

You’ll need to make your way to the second floor (Brookhaven 2F) using the elevator. After you make your way up and across the Director’s Office, enter the Women’s Locker Room.

If you look through the locks in The Women’s Locker Room, you should find the shotgun. Use the gun sparingly, as the ammo can be hard to find.
