The Hiring Invaluable Disposable Agent quest in The Outer Worlds 2 is basically a dialogue-based quest where you will have to negotiate a corporate dispute between the workers and their management. This guide will show you how you will be able to complete it.

The Strike

The quest can be found near the site of the strike, which we found around the industrial district. There will be a woman outside whom you can speak to. She will mention that entering the ground floor isn't possible.

However, you’ll be able to move across the side of the building where there will be a pipe entrance, where you can crawl inside.When you’re inside, lockpick the nearby door to continue progressing.

The Office

After following the pathway through the building, climb up the stairs to make it to the upper floor where the office is situated.

Inside, you could speak with the boss, who tells you to contact the strike leader.

After leaving the office on the left, there will be a computer terminal where you can dig up information about the strike leader, giving you blackmail material that you can use later.

Strike Leader

After exiting the office, head to the waypoint on the map, which will take you to the Strike Leaders' Location.

Engage in a conversation to understand his side of the issue. Following the conversation, return to the office to relay the information, where you will be able to negotiate terms.

When negotiating terms, you’ll be able to pick multiple options based on your skill level.

• Medical (7): Negotiate better work conditions.
• Renegade: intimidation-based persuasion.
• Leadership (7): The compromise benefits both parties.

The different options will lead to different dialogue following the conversation.

After negotiating, head back to the Strike Leader to explain the new agreements and the working facilities. After which, you want to head back to the boss to finalise the motion.

Additionally, you could also pickpocket the boss to access valuable loot inside the safe.

Lastly, travel to the AC Undisputed Claim to conclude the quest with a dialogue.
