The Outer Worlds 2 Guide | Walking on Eggshells Quest

The Walking on Eggshells quest in The Outer Worlds 2 requires you to look for a missing person and collect a rare egg from a hostile area that is filled with creatures.

This guide will show you how you will be able to complete the quest and keep the combat manageable.

Location

From the main road, you will want to head to the large rock formation. The area is brimming with enemies, so it’s important that you be careful.

You could also choose to take them down from up the hill above the rock, as it will give you a good vantage point using any long-range weapon.

When the area is clear, you will want to approach me Marked Location, where you will be greeted with blood on the floor. You’ll be able to examine the various items on the floor for clues.

Before leaving, make sure to collect the Tossball Card on top of a bag.

Retrieve the Egg

After gathering the items and examining the clothes, head to the cave shown on the map; it’s where the egg will be located. The path is relatively straightforward.

Is a pretty tricky spot to manage, as it hosts aggressive creatures. Your best bet is to use the range and height advantage so that you can take them down from above.

After which, you will want to quickly grab the egg and then head out.

Once you collect the egg, you can return and give it to the woman. Speaking to her will complete the quest and give you rewards.
