You need to progress until you reach Hagios Patir. Once you arrive, you will face the Choirmaster, the Inspector, the Inspector. Defeat this boss to obtain the Inspector's Emblem, which is required to continue through this area.

Defeat the Choirmaster, the Inspector, and Obtain the Emblem

After you defeat the Choirmaster, the Inspector, you will receive a key. Take this key and head back to the first floor. There, use the Inspector's Emblem to activate the stairs. This will unlock a new path forward.

Return to the First Floor and Activate the Stairs

With the Inspector's Emblem in hand, return to the first floor and place the emblem on the designated pedestal. This action activates the stairs, granting access to the next section.

Jump into the Sewer System

Once you ascend via the newly activated stairs, you will find a body lying on the floor. At this point, there is no exit except by jumping down. Die to the Hunter of Blades

At the Hunting Ground, you must deliberately allow yourself to be defeated by the Hunter of Blades. Once you die, you will respawn in a prison area. From here, you need to find the exit.

Exit the Prison Area

In the prison area, focus on deflecting the projectile attacks of the robot sentries. There may be alternative methods, but deflecting the projectiles is the most reliable. After successfully deflecting enough attacks, you can find the exit that leads deeper into the complex.

Explore the Lower Levels and Find the Ladder Down

Continue exploring this section. The area remains linear, but you will eventually reach a point where you can proceed downward.

Before descending, take time to explore the surroundings—there is valuable loot hidden in the lower chambers. Once you're ready, use the ladder to go down. Be cautious, as "Exploders" patrol this region.

Beware of Strong Enemies

As you descend, you'll encounter several enemies, including a particularly formidable foe. He is pretty strong, so be prepared for a challenging fight. It is worth engaging him—defeating him for the first time in this region grants significant rewards.

Find the Next Ladder Up

After clearing the lower level, continue through the area until you come across another ladder leading upward. Climb this ladder to return toward the surface.

Ascend to Shirley's Room

Follow the path upward. You will need to climb two flights of stairs (or ladders) in succession. Once you reach the top of the second ladder, you will arrive at Shirley's room.
