There are almost sixty pieces of armor in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but only four of them obtain the highest rating. The Cetran Armlet, Bracer, Armband, and Bangle, which are available during the game's final chapter while visiting The Temple of the Ancients, are all Grade XIII, making them the best armor in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.

Where to Find the Cetran Bangle

The Cetran Bangle may be discovered inside a yellow chest in the Path of Delusion section, located on the Temple of the Ancients' Labyrinth Floor - Second Tier level. To get there, you must look for the Mauvestar Gear and use it to obtain access to the Mauvestar Chamber - Floor. The chest can be found in the huge square room in the bottom left-hand corner of the map, not far from the one containing Red XIII's Brisingamen.

The Cetran Bracer might have been discovered in a yellow chest in the Shrine of Ambition, located in the Temple of the Ancients' Hall of Resurrection - First Tier. The box is located in a vast square-shaped chamber near Yuffie's Fuma Shuriken and is guarded by a Floating Death.
