Alone in the Dark Guide | Clerk's Office Safe Code

The notes in Dr. Gray's office safe are necessary to continue your journey in Alone in the Dark. Unlocking the Clerk's Office safe is easy but can be a bit tricky. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of acquiring the safe code and entering it into the safe.

Step 1: Advance Through the Story

Before you can open the safe in the Clerk's Office, you must advance through the story to a place where you will be able to obtain the objective of getting into Dr. Gray's office.

Step 2: Obtain the Safe Code

Visit Cassandra's room. You can visit her room once you have proceeded far enough into the story.

• Collect the Note under the door in Cassandra's room.
• Get the code of the safe.
• The code of the safe for the Note is 913.

Step 3: Open the Safe.

Proceed to the Clerk's Office after obtaining the code, proceed to the safe.

Enter the Code (913).

Turn the dial in the order shown below:

• Rotate left to nine.
• Rotate from right to one, then left to three.

Get the key.  After opening the safe, proceed to Dr. Gray's office with the key.
