Diablo IV:Lord of Hatred Guide | How to Get All the Horse Mounts
Here's a guide on how to get all horse mounts in Diablo IV Lord of Hatred

Wandering in Sanctuary on foot can be a tiring affair even for the most seasoned adventurer. Waypoint portals are the only way to get from one major settlement to another, but traveling between dungeons and world events can be a long journey in the vast open areas between major settlements without a reliable beast.
Up to the advent of specialized jungle predators, the traditional horse represented the ultimate in speedy exploration. Earning all of the different horse breeds has become a major endgame objective for completionists, showcasing their accomplishments in the game.

Unlocking these different equines requires interacting with a vast range of activities in the game that are spread all over the realm. Others will only accept a few gold coins; others will call for you to take on the toughest pinnacle bosses or gather some rare currency in the chaotic player vs. player areas.
Gold Purchases and Initial Stable Unlocks
Before any player can start to personalize their mounts, they first have to build their base in order to enjoy them. The baseline mount is tightly coupled with the campaign's main story and can be picked up at the beginning of the 4th act.
In order to get your first time in the saddle, you will have to complete a particular priority quest called Donan's Favor, which you can find in the snowy capital of Kyovashad. This is a quick story mission that will unlock the riding mechanic account-wide for the rest of your life and award the user the normal Old Nell Steed.
After the first priority milestone is achieved, any future character you make to play will automatically have the ability to ride from level one. The stable menu is now officially available, and you can start expanding your choices by purchasing gold directly from the vendor.
Just a few breeds, the basics, are kept in stock at the standard Stable Master; they can be bought for a relatively small flat fee of twenty thousand gold pieces, with the Grey Steed or the Mottled Steed being examples of these breeds. Before you can go out into the wild, looking for even more exotic horses, these gold-bought horses provide a pure, solid appearance.
Chasing Regional Drops Across the Map
Many of the breeds of horses that are unique on this planet are just in random regional drop tables. These horses are obtained through regular open-world gameplay like killing elite packs of dangerous monsters, cleaning up events in specific areas, and opening chests in hidden areas in territories.
As you hike the frozen peaks and hazardous ridges of the Fractured Peaks, you'll eventually find the unspoiled Pale Steed or the rugged Taiga Roan. Farmers who move their activities to the northern forests and rain-swept hills of Scosglen open an opportunity to obtain the rock-like Granite-Coat Steed or the beautifully patterned Spotted Shale-Coat Steed.
The Dry Steppes are canyons with their own local variants of the horse, with Dustback Steed and hardy Striped Steppe Steed being rewards for the persistent player. Going farther south into the very harsh sun-bleached deserts of Kehjistan, you can gather the Blood Bay Steed and the accompanying Buckskin Bay Steed.
Last but not least, the poisonous, muddy bogs of the eastern Hawezar swamps may grant your character the mossy Marshback Steed or the dark Marsh Roan Steed. You'll want to clear large areas of enemies within the zones to maximize the drop you can get in the area.
In addition to the region-restricted drop tables, there is a wide range of horses from a universal global drop pool. These can appear throughout the game world and often appear as rewards from high-level Nightmare Dungeons or environmental caches.
Highly sought-after horses such as Brigand's Steed, Caldeum Steed, Cavalier's Steed, Dark Steed and the formidable Executioner's Steed are part of this worldwide category. With these mounts, players will naturally have a lot over time, as they can be obtained during almost any normal end-game loop.
Hunting Treasure Goblins and World Events
When you want to avoid just random regional agriculture, you can try to focus on certain entities: world events that have exclusive rights to certain horse breeds. The otherworldly Spectral Charger is one of the most renowned and spectacular free mounts for the game, appearing in the form of a glowing, transparent phantom horse.
The secret is to find and challenge these 'Legions' that regularly appear on the world map to capture this ghostly creature. The chance of getting the phantom horse is the highest during these events if the three mastery lanterns are kept alive despite the hordes of enemies.

A second unique equine type is needed for exploration in the wild open world, where quick reflexes and sharp eyesight are essential. The Decaying Steed is grotesque, exposing bones, and is directly tied to the random manifestations of elusive Treasure Goblins.
The moment you see one of these gold-covered creatures crawl across your screen, it's time to do everything you can to catch and destroy it before it can complete its escape portal. If you succeed at defeating a Treasure Goblin, you'll receive a waterfall of loot and a rare chance to loot the rotting reins.
Conquering Pinnacle Bosses and Player Arenas
When it comes to mount prestige, the ultimate level is reserved for the players who can survive the most difficult challenge encounters in endgame. In the base game, the ultimate symbol of martial supremacy is the horrifying Bloody Liquid Steed - a demonic, skinless horse entirely covered in a sea of liquid flesh.
This fearsome cosmetic is a sure reward to be obtained upon defeating the pinnacle boss test (level 100) of the Echo of Lilith. This red dragon will give all nearby players the message that you have completed your character build and mechanics.
For those who like to play with other players over AI, the perilous Fields of Hatred is another way to have one of their mounts. Red Dust is a special currency you can earn by engaging in player versus player combat, getting rid of seeds, and killing bosses of abominations in the region.
After earning 100k of this blood-red currency, you can go to the local PvP outposts and find a specialized unconventional steed that will sell you the second one. You'll become a ruthless gladiator by giving your dust to the wild Bloody Steed.
Seasonal Rewards and Special Editions: How to navigate them.
Horses keep arriving on the roster over time through various promotional distributions, real-money shop rotations, and progression systems for seasons and months. Those who normally pre-ordered or bought the premium one got access to exclusive mounts, including the dark, glowing Temptation mount and the armored Light Bearer.
In addition to that, the game's seasonal battle passes also unlock new equestrian styles via the ever-changing Reliquary mechanics, giving current seasonal players the opportunity to spend their earned favors on a limited-time Equestrian style. These reward tracks offer stunning variants such as the Celestian horse, Eventine steed, or tough Scarred Mare.

Through regular rotation that includes casual regional agriculture, participation in events and pinnacles, you can row each horse breed of the game. Every mount unlocked can also be specialized with unique bardings and trophies in the closest stable, thus building up the ideal mount to help you fight endless battles in Sanctuary.
