Like any other RPG, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has a lot of items for you to manage. Among them, you will find some things being heavy, others being imperceptibly light. This weight determines how much stuff you can have. You start off with an inventory size of 110 pounds, which easily gets filled up once you get armor, weapons, and the like. You can increase it to 300 pounds or more.

You can do this by increasing your Strength stat. This is because each level of Strength increases your carrying capacity by 10 pounds. The easiest way to increase your strength is by walking around at near-peak or over maximum capacity.

Another way you can increase your carrying capacity is by unlocking a few perks. These are the Pack Mule, Strong as a Bull, and Well-Built perks. All of these add varying amounts of carrying capacity to you.
