Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Guide | Lady Rosa Romance

Lady Rosa is one of the more integral characters in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and also serves as the main romance partner in the game. You have to do quite a few things to gain her favor and advance your romance with her. Overall, you need to always pick dialogue options that are favorable toward her. This guide will explain the ways to do so and get to the romance scenes with Lady Rosa Ruthard. 

Rosa's Book

While completing the main quest, 'Taking French Leave,' Rosa will give you a side quest called Rosa's Book. You need to talk to her to initiate it, and it's pretty easy to miss. You'll be able to complete it naturally when rescuing Sir Hans Capon from Maleshov during the main quest.

Once you get the book, deliver it to her and help her finish the book immediately. She'll eventually move places due to story reasons, so being quick is integral. If you are too late, you can't progress. 

Rescuing Rosa

As you progress through your main questlines, you'll get to do 'Dancing with the Devil,' where after you conquer Maleshov, you learn that Otto von Bergow has taken Rosa hostage and locked himself in a tower with her.

Pick the following dialogue options:

• "Let's make deal"
• "I refuse to put Rosa in danger!"
• "I'll try to rescue Rosa"
• "Yes, I'll do it!"

You will eventually have to fight Bergow and defeat him in the tower. At any point, don't insinuate that you'll sacrifice her, so no threatening to burn down the tower with her in it.

Rosa Romance Scene

Eventually, way later, when you lead Rosa back to her palace in Kuttenberg. Here, you'll have to face off against some bandits, and afterward, she will call for you. First, wash yourself and ensure your best clothes are on. Then, talk to her, and kiss her, and do the following dialogue options:

• "It'll be alright"
• "Allies are our most valuable asset"
• "I won't let you go away"
• "Kiss Rosa"

This is to start the romance scene with her. Remember that if you don't have a high enough reputation and miss one of the previous steps, you won't be able to kiss her.
