Here’s how you can acquire the Blood Vials Relic.

The Blood Vials Relic in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 - Cursed Mode - Ashes of the Damned is only unlockable once you reach Tier 2 relic capacity. This is the tier that will allow you to equip Golden Armor and the new weapon rarity that is going to be required even before the relic challenge can appear.

Once you have collected enough relics to reach tier 2, you'll need to start the Cursed Mode match and then progress up until you reach round 20.

When the 20th round starts, a bunch of ringing phones will start popping up scattered around the map. Each of the phones has a fixed spawn point and will pop up randomly. You'll be able to find them easily due to their extremely loud ringing noise.

In case you don't find one at round 20, don't worry. They are pretty random. If you keep progressing as the game intends, you'll eventually find one. Here are a few locations that they tend to spawn in:

When you find a ringing phone, you'll need to interact with it by holding the interact button. After which, a faint dialing sound will play, followed by the phone vanishing. A few seconds later, there will be a faint laugh audio confirming that the interaction was successful.

If you didn't hear the faint laugh, it probably means that you weren't successful at doing the interaction, meaning you'll need to redo it. But you don't have to stress too much over it, as it is repeatable.

Once the phone is correctly activated, you will have started the relic trial at the Blackwater Cabin. This trial will reduce all of the weapon damage by 50% for the duration of the challenge, making it significantly difficult to kill enemies. However, it is still doable if you use high-damage-dealing weapons to speed up the process.

Completing the challenge will reward you with the Blood Vials relic. With it equipped, the relic will disable pretty much every augment in the loadout, giving you a build that can be utilized for challenge runs and other strategies.

It's one of the simpler relics to collect, as the phone interaction is simplistic compared to other challenges. Your only hurdle is reaching tier 2, a step that is required to unlock the entire process.
