Here’s how you can acquire the Vril Sphere Relic in Cursed Mode.

The Vril Sphere in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Cursed Mode Ashes of the Damned requires you to meet a few conditions before starting the challenge.

You'll first need to collect the first 3 relics, which are required for gaining access to the next tier of cursed relics. Once those relics are active, you will need to enter a brand new Cursed Match and reach all the way to round 40.

Around level 40, a special type of enemy will spawn, which is known as the Doppelghast. This enemy is quintessential to the Vril Sphere relic, and the way you defeat it is a keystep.

You'll need to first attack the Doppelghast and lure it into the jump pad with you.

When it's executed properly, the Doppelghast will follow you by jumping through the air, and it will be taken out during the process. Killing the Doppelghast this way will cue a signature laugh, which will confirm that your access to the relic trial has now been unlocked.

Next, you'll need to head to the Cosmodrome, where you'll find the newly opened trial on the wall. Interact with a prompt to initiate the trial. The trial is relatively straightforward and is pretty strict.

You won't be able to purchase anything throughout the duration of the trial - no ammo, no perks, no refills.

You must enter that specific phase of this trial with a solid build. You'll also want to make sure that ammunition, perks, and equipment are fully set according to your liking before heading into the trial.

Once you've completed the trial, you will receive the Vril Sphere relic. When you equip it inside of Cursed Mode, this relic will limit the person using it to only 4 perks, adding an extra layer of difficulty to the cursed runs in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
