An easy way to acquire the Juggernog perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 - Ashes of the Damned is by completing the Juggernog Easter egg, which has three small steps where you'll have to collect various items and combine them at the end inside the Diner.

The first item that you need to collect can be found around the spawn. Walking down the small, broken pavement will lead you to a tiny leaf on the side of the road, and it can be easy to miss.

For the second item, the milk bottle, you will need to travel to the barn located on Farm. It can be found inside a small gap in the wall, adjacent to the ramp that takes you downstairs to the basement.

The final piece of the Easter egg can be found inside the Diner at the back, where things are stored.

After collecting all three components - the leaf, the milk bottle, and the egg - you'll then need to use the diner's soda fountain. Interact with the machine and place all the items inside.
