Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Guide | How to Defeat Final Boss (Dr. Falkner)

Here’s how you can defeat the final boss, Dr. Falkner, in Black Ops 7.

The final boss in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is Dr. Falkner. He is the main end-game challenge, and upon defeat, he will offer you various Exotic rewards and a final cutscene.

The boss fight takes place on an island around the southernmost zone. The island can be seen marked with a red skull icon on the map.

The island is also filled to the brim with Tier 4 enemies, which consist of Elite Enemies and Special Units, making it extra difficult.

Completing this boss fight will reward you with the "No Fear" Operator Skin, and this will be applicable to all 12 different operators. This reward system will work only once per operator, so you will need to run this boss multiple times for additional unlocks.

The island is covered and filled with spores that you must destroy in order to progress. Destroying the spores will trigger rounds of high-tier zombies to spawn.

Because you are in zone 4, the zombies here are extremely fast and have high endurance. This makes it so that having at least a combat rating of 45 is crucial. You will also want to carry high-rarity weapons, preferably something that is either of Legendary Rarity or Exotic.

The best way to deal with the horde of zombies is by constantly running laps around the island, destroying spores in the process.

Some of the spores will be sneakily tucked into high spots and hidden nooks and crannies, so it is important that you take your time to go through specific areas to find them.

Dr. Falkner may make an appearance, but he will more likely show up in his doppelganger form. When attacked, he will disappear momentarily, but he won't fully be defeated until you destroy every single spore on the island.

When you finally defeat Dr. Falkner, you'll want to interact with his body, where there will be a "No Fear" prompt after which you will unlock the skin for the current operator that you are using. There will also be an Exotic Weapons Case that drops.
