Windrose Guide | All Crafting Stations Locations

Here's a guide on finding all crafting stations in Windrose.

Game Guide by Groot on  Apr 23, 2026

The life of the pirates in Windrose is not only based on ship battles. There is a complete system of construction of gear that goes through under all you do. There will be six principal stations where you will make your weapons, armour, food and jewelry. All of these can be enhanced with add-ons unlocking more impressive items with an increase in game difficulty.

You need not upgrade all the upgrades at once, but at some point, the game will demand more advanced tools. This guide tells you how to construct each station; how to maintain them.

Creating and Maintaining Your Workbench

Your simplest station is the Workbench which costs 5 Wood to build. It manipulates your implements and a lot of trivial objects. You can enhance it with a Sawhorse 20 Wood and 10 Copper. It also has a Toolbox add-on that will need 10 Wood, 20 Nails, and 5 Foothills Iron Ingots. The next thing you will be offered is the Tool Shelf. Such upgrades allow you to prepare the things that you need to survive your first few days on the islands.

Cooking Stations and Alchemy Stations

You have to have a Cooking Fire (made with 3 Wood and 3 Stone) to keep yourself fed. Options are 10 Wood and 2 Copper Ingots to add a Cutting Table, or 10 Hardwood and 2 Ironware to add a Cookware Shelf. To create potions, you construct the Alchemy Table using 5 Wood and 2 Clay Pots.

You may upgrade this to a Stone, Clay, Copper Pot, Stove and Pot. The Reagent Table is a subsequent improvement, with Hardwood, a Rum Bottle, a Silver Ingot, Sulfur, and Ironware. Explore further and you will find a Distiller and a Supplies Rack.

Weapons and Armor Workshops

Armor and Clothing Workshop requires 5 Wood and 10 Coarse Fabric. In order to achieve a better defense, you should construct the Shoemaker's Bench using 30 Hardwood, 20 Tanned Leather and 15 Linen Fabric. Your combat gear will cost 10 Wood and 5 Copper Ingots in the Weaponsmith Workshop.

To assist with ship items, you can include a Shipwright's Workshop that contains Wood, Coarse Fabric and Copper Ingots. The Anvil Station will take 10 Wood and one Anvil. The Bellows, Water Barrel, and Try-on Mannequin are other add-ons that will allow you to achieve new levels of equipment.

Jewellery-Making and Furnishing Material

The Jewelry Table holds your rings and necklaces, and is 10 Wood, 5 Foothills Iron Ingots, and 3 Silver Ingots. You may add to this station a Jeweller's Bench, and a Jewelry Cabinet. You need Refining Stations to refine raw materials before you can do any of this. To make metal, you need Smelting Furnace consisting of 15 Clay and 30 Stone.

The Charcoal Kiln, Spinning Wheel, Tanning Rack and Millstones are other significant buildings. The Smelting Furnace should be constructed first since a majority of the upgrades in all your stations will involve the metal ingots that are produced by the Smelting Furnace.
