Gothic 1 Remake Guide | How to Reach New Camp

Here’s a guide on how to reach the New Camp in Gothic 1 Remake.

The Gothic 1 Remake has different factions, and finding your way to the New Camp early on is a great way to explore. You can run past all the monsters along the path if you do not want to fight them.

Leaving the Old Camp

Start your journey at the Main Gates of the Old Camp. Head forward and walk across the first Main Bridge that leads away from the camp entrance.

As soon as you cross this bridge, turn left immediately. Follow this path and keep running straight forward for a while. You will see various Enemies along the road, but you can just ignore them and sprint right past them to save time in Gothic 1 Remake.

Crossing the Mountain Path

Keep moving straight until you hit a small Forest Area. Go right through these woods until you reach the base of a Mountain Path. Follow the trail all the way up to the top of the ridge. Once you reach the peak, you will find a second Mountain Bridge waiting for you.

Reaching the New Camp Gates

Cross over this second bridge carefully. There are a lot of Monsters hanging around this specific area, so watch your step.

Once you are past the bridge, keep going straight for a short distance and then veer slightly to your right.

Follow the right-hand path directly to the front of the canyon. Right there, you will see the Main Gates and discover the New Camp area. You can now walk straight through the entrance to explore the interior and find new traders in Gothic 1 Remake.
