Getting Beans, Tomatoes, and Wheat in Pokémon Pokopia can be a little confusing because they are not all found in the same place. These crops are needed later, and the game does not make their locations feel very clear at first.
The good news is that each one can be found once you know which area to visit. Some are easy to buy or grow, while others are tied to separate zones you unlock through progression.
Where to Get Tomatoes
You can get Tomatoes in the Bleak Beach area. This is not among the places you normally check first, so it is easy to miss. To unlock it, you need to go through the gate after reaching the Pokopia Rank of Great. Once you have made some progress in the area, that route opens up and lets you reach Bleak Beach, where the Tomato Plants can be found.

Where to Get Beans
Beans are much easier to deal with. You grow them yourself in the Withered Wasteland, and you can also buy them from the Pokémon Center. That makes them the least troublesome of the three. If you are near the area where you get Drilbur, you are already close to one of the places connected to Beans.
Later on, you can also find Bean Plants growing in another area, so there is more than one way to get them. Because of that, Beans are usually not the main problem when gathering all the ingredients.

Where to Get Wheat
To get Wheat, go through the other gate near the cave system where you find Onix. This takes you to Rocky Ridges. Once you enter that area, head down toward the other Pokémon Center, then move past the Minecarts. There you will find a patch with different Wheat growing.
At first, the Wheat may not seem active, but once it starts growing, it keeps coming back over time. Even if you collect or use it all, it will grow back after a few days. Just make sure you return and water it.

How to Move the Crops
If you want to move these plants to another area, use the tool that gives you seeds from them. That lets you take Wheat Seeds, and the same idea works for Tomatoes and Beans as well. Once you have the seeds, you can store them and plant them wherever you want.

This makes farming much easier later because you do not need to keep running back to the same spots to get more ingredients.
