Here’s How You Can Solve the Lakeview Hotel Mirror Puzzle in the Silent Hill 2 Remake.

The release of Silent Hill 2, a remake of their most famous horror game, marked Konami's revival. This game is notorious for its difficult puzzles, which can take up a significant amount of time during gameplay, and the Silent Hill 2 remake occasionally overflows with them. In this guide, we’ll show you how to solve the Mirror Puzzle of Lakeview Hotel.

Once James exits the Labyrinth, he plans to row the boat to Lakeview to see his wife. You can find a letter Mary – his wife – wrote and re-meet Laura at Lake Shore Restaurant, which is located in the Lobby, after interacting with the Music Box. When Laura leaves, you can find a lot of puzzles on the second floor – 2F – of the Lakeview Hotel.

After you obtain the Sunrise Wing Key in the Utility Room on the first floor, you can open the double doors of the second floor of the Lakeview Hotel. Enter the Cloakroom and open the Hall door, where you’ll find a large room of mannequins; be careful, as there will be enemies there. Once you are done kicking butt, pick up the Room 202 Key from the couch on the left and proceed to the edge of the room, where you’ll find an Apple.

Head inside Room 202 with the Key and look for the Broken Mirror. Proceed to the back of the bed and look at the floor – you’ll find a broken mirror fragment. Pick it up and interact with the mirror. Now, arrange all the mirror pieces to fix the mirror (follow the image above). After you place the Apple on the plate, the puzzle will be solved (you can also use the Rotten Apple in front of the entrance of the Lakeview Hotel).
