You need to do a few steps to construct a Wagon in Crimson Desert including your Camp and particular Greymanes. You may find the request premature, but you can complete it once you have the right persons and places.

The discovery of Brice and Wagon Shop

The first one is to ensure that you have the latest Greymane questing, and follow rumor in Glenbright Farm. This lead will assist you in locating Brice.

After you discover him, Brice takes up to your Camp to manage the Wagon Shop. You will not be able to start the cart project without him present in Crimson Desert.

Unlocking Timberturner Wainwright.

And when Brice comes to your Camp he arrives with a request to make him a cart. You need Timberturner Wainwright on your map to do so. Here is where you have a Dispatch Mission on which your party collect the timber and fittings required on the Wagon.

Camp Improvements and Engineering.

The Wagon will need an Engineering worker to build it. This is lacking in most of the recruitments that are made early. Level 3 is the only level at which some workers unlock Engineering in Crimson Desert.

To do so, you have to continue upgrading your Camp. Complete every quest to locate additional Greymanes and do their bidding. The time will come when you will be able to finish the Wagon as your team gains more and more experience and the Camp is becoming larger.
