To beat the Tree of Slumber Abyss Puzzle, you'll have to adjust the heights of several stone columns to restore the power. This puzzle is a key hurdle in your Abyss Progression, and it's vital if you aim to unlock the Flame Strike ability for your Skill Tree.

Connecting the Power

The main goal is to lower the pillars until they connect to the platform with electricity. You will know a pillar is in the right spot when a blue light appears around its base.

Use a Stab attack—performed by pressing R1 and Triangle—to pierce the holes in the central mechanism. Each hole controls a different set of pillars, so you have to move them in small increments rather than large chunks in Crimson Desert.

Aligning the Pillars

Begin by shifting the pillars on one side. You'll know you've done it right when the door at the bottom starts to become visible.

It is best to focus on little movements to get the alignment right. If you move them too far, just adjust them back slightly.

You are looking for that specific point where the energy starts to flow. Once the columns at the back are low enough, you can work on the others to bring them to the same level.

Activating the Seal

When all the pillars are at the correct height, they will all glow with blue light. At this point, you should raise them together if needed to ensure the connection is solid.

Once the central area is fully powered, you can complete the Abyss Restoration Challenge in Crimson Desert.

This usually involves standing on the columns or hitting the central device to finish the trial. This is one of the more finicky Ancient Ruins puzzles, but staying patient with the small adjustments will get it done.
