Finding the Palmer Pill Blueprint in Crimson Desert is a great way to improve your survival chances early in the journey.

This recipe allows you to craft items that let you revive during a fight, which is helpful for any difficult encounter in Pywel. You can find this location just north of the first town.

Cross the massive bridge that appears at the very beginning of the game and look toward the side for a waterfall. Following the path up and to the left of the water will lead you to a hidden area.

Preparing to Craft

Before you can use the Palmer Pill Blueprint, you need to have the right equipment. A regular Campfire won't cut it for this recipe in Crimson Desert.

You'll need a Cauldron. You can find one in an upgraded Base or in certain Kitchens throughout the game world. Once you've got that, you're all set to begin crafting these crucial items.

Getting the Recipe

To get the actual Palmer Pill Blueprint, head to the cave near the waterfall. Go all the way to the back of the cave until you can't go any further.

The Blueprint is sitting on a table. Just pick it up and learn it to permanently add the recipe to your crafting list. After that, you can go back to your Cauldron and start getting ready for your next fight in Crimson Desert.
