The Cloudcart is a handy way to get around Pywel, though it has its limits when it comes to altitude. This guide will show you how to get the Cloud Blueprint and make your airborne adventures in Crimson Desert more effective.

Unlocking Research and Efficiency

Your first step is to visit a specific structure located far to the south. Once you have found it, focus on upgrading the Greymane Camp. Spending ninety percent of your time here is a good strategy to build up your base.

As you play through the story, you will reach the Scholastone Institute around chapter five. This location unlocks the Research Institute in Crimson Desert.

Speak to the NPC there to start level one research, which gives you Cloudcart efficiency. Complete a few side jobs to unlock level two and further improve your craft.

Finding the Hidden Puzzle

During the story missions in chapter four, you will visit the Glenbright Mansion. While you are there for the main quest, look for a secret puzzle. Push the wall on either side of the painting to find a hidden room and pick up a Key in Crimson Desert.

Head upstairs now and take a Dagger from the wall. You also need to open a small closet and spin the wheel inside. This moves a mirror above the chandelier to reflect light onto a nearby statue. Doing this opens a panel that contains a second Dagger.

Getting the Blueprint

Go to the fireplace and put out the fire so you can reach the switches more easily. Insert the daggers into the slots flanking the hearth; this will reveal a hidden passage. Continue moving forward until you reach a locked door. The key you found earlier will allow you to pass through it.

Within the room, the Cloud Blueprint awaits. This blueprint allows you to construct airships for Dispatch Missions. Just be sure to keep your airship at a safe height; otherwise, it might meet a fiery end in the Crimson Desert.
