Managing your team bonuses in Crimson Desert is the best way to get the most out of your settlement activities.

Whether you are sending workers out to gather food or looking for rare crafting materials, setting up your dispatch missions correctly will help you grow your camp much faster.

The Comrade Bonus

The easiest way to improve a mission is by using the Comrade Bonus. When you look at a task at Capra Pasture, you will notice it requires a specific number of people to start.

If you add more workers than the minimum, you get an extra 20 percent bonus for each person until you hit the limit. This bonus is mostly for your camp supplies and doesn't usually change the main items you are collecting.

For example, you might get more total food value but not more actual cabbages. Since good workers are hard to find, you should only stack extra people if you have nothing else for them to do or if you are in a big rush for supplies in Crimson Desert.

Worker Skills and Stacking

Individual worker skills are a huge deal because they can give you a 100 percent bonus on their own. Workers like Evelyn can have three different levels of a skill like Novice Farmer, Skilled Farmer, and Expert Farmer.

A Novice Farmer adds 10 percent, a Skilled Farmer adds 30 percent, and an Expert Farmer adds 60 percent. If a worker has all three, they reach that 100 percent total boost. You have to remember that these tiers do not stack if you use different workers for the same level.

If you send three people who only have the Novice skill, you still only get a 10 percent boost. It is always smarter to use a single worker who has leveled up their craft to the max in Crimson Desert.

The Conversion Bonus and Church Donations

The Conversion Bonus is the most powerful buff you can get in the game. This bonus is linked to the region where your mission is happening, like Hernand or Demeniss. You can find a church with a donation box in every major city.

When you give money to the church, it raises the conversion rate for every dispatch mission in that whole region forever. In Hernand, donating about 110,000 can get your bonus over 100 percent.

This uses your camp cash rather than Cliff’s personal money. It costs a lot at first, but the extra resources you get back over time make it worth every bit of gold.

If you plan to farm one area for a long time, go to the local church and make a donation first in Crimson Desert.
