There are two ways to handle Storm Crusher. You can use a slow trick to stay safe or learn the proper mechanics to end the fight faster. Both methods help you secure your Abyss Artifact and move on.

The Patience Method

There is a way to win without taking any risks. You can sit inside the crane located in the arena and simply wait. Storm Crusher will take damage on his own over time.

This takes about 40 minutes, but eventually, he will defeat himself. This is a solid backup if you find the combat too difficult, though keep in mind that future bosses like Marni's Excavatron or the Crimson Nightmare won't let you hide like this in Crimson Desert.

Breaking the Stun Bar

If you want to fight properly, you need to use your Axiom Force to stun the unit. Throw out your Axiom Pull to grab him, then follow up immediately with a Force Punch.

This builds up his stun meter. Continue this loop until the outer casing breaks away and you can see his head behind the machinery. This is the crucial step for completing the Abyss Restoration Challenge and keeping your Abyss Progression on track.

Delivering the Final Blow

After the head is vulnerable, jump and climb onto it. Avoid heavy attacks or pincer strikes. Instead, use the button that allows you to cling to walls; on a Crimson Desert controller, that's typically L3.

Once you're securely attached to the head, stab it with R2. This inflicts significant damage and wraps up the battle fast. This combat skill is crucial if you want to advance in your Skill Tree and tackle the trials that lie ahead in the Ancient Ruins.
